Membership
Access, not advertising.
Chapter membership puts you in the room with the government leaders, program offices, and technical teams shaping North Carolina’s national security mission — and with the peers solving the same problems you are.

Corporate membership
Corporate membership covers your whole team and signals a commitment to the North Carolina defense technology community.
Tiers are scaled by company size, so a five-person small business and a prime integrator can both participate meaningfully. Corporate members receive named seats at chapter events, listing in the chapter directory, and first access to sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities.
| Tier | Company size | Seats | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small Business | Under 50 employees | 5 | TBD |
| Mid-Tier | 50–500 employees | 15 | TBD |

Membership application
Member portal
Manage your own membership
Everything to do with your membership lives here on the chapter site — no third-party portal, no separate login.
The chapter maintains its own member records. Your account is where you renew, keep your contact details current, control what appears in the member directory, review the events you have registered for, and pull receipts for expense reports or unit reimbursement.
- Renew online, with an email reminder before your term ends
- Update your organization, role, and contact details
- Choose whether you are listed in the member directory
- See your event registration history
- Download dues and event receipts
Your data
The chapter holds only what it needs to run the membership: your name, contact details, organization, and event history. It is never sold or shared with sponsors.
Leaving the chapter
You can cancel renewal or ask for your record to be deleted at any time through your account or the membership committee.
